Shipping Policy

CALLS OFF sells selected original products and may coordinate fulfillment through external suppliers or logistics providers. Products may ship from a location outside the customer's country.

Available destinations

During the MVP, orders are accepted only for countries available at checkout. If a country does not appear, or if no shipping method is available for the address entered, the order cannot be completed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the selected country and displayed before checkout is completed. No shipping cost is charged unless it appears in checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates. They may vary because of supplier processing, international transport, customs, holidays, local controls or incomplete address information.

Customs, duties and import taxes

The customer is responsible for checking whether their country applies import taxes, duties, customs fees or local charges. These charges may not be included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

Tracking

When a tracking number is issued by the supplier or carrier, CALLS OFF will share it by email or through the order status page.
